Senior Mobile Developer Role

In this senior mobile developer position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative software solutions that drive meaningful change for clients.

You will listen carefully to understand the context of business problems and write clean, iterative code to deliver powerful results while consistently advocating for better engineering practices.

The role involves learning and adopting best practices like writing clean and reusable code using techniques such as TDD, mobile architecture patterns, design, and pair programming.

You will use and advocate for continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software and value to end customers as early as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will work in collaborative, value-driven teams to build customer experiences that meet client needs.
  • You will use your passion for mobile development to aid clients in enabling seamless, human-centered experiences for their users.
  • You will partner with other technologists from cross-functional teams, advocating and demonstrating mobile-first culture.
  • You will oversee or take part in the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery from ideation to deployment and everything in between.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile development, strong consulting, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid experience with hybrid mobile development using React Native in real, complex, and scalable projects.
  • Strong experience managing risk, leading teams, and solid knowledge of product value and business impact.
  • Highly skilled in writing high-quality, well-tested code and comfortable with Object-Oriented programming and good coding practices like SOLID principles, Clean Code, TDD, among others.
  • Ability to design and build solutions considering fundamental concerns affecting mobile software.
  • Comfortable with Agile methods, such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum, and/or Kanban.
Professional Skills:
  • Possessing excellent influencing and communication skills, you will always advocate for technical excellence while being open to change when needed.
  • Able to share expertise through speaking engagements, open-source contributions, blogs, and more.
