Dynamic Talent Acquisition Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive talent acquisition professional to lead our HR initiatives. This individual will be responsible for identifying and assessing the different profiles required by our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Strategic Talent Acquisition Plans
  • Collaborate with PMs and AMs to Identify Growth Opportunities
  • Develop Improvements in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Processes

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ Years of Experience in IT Recruitment
  • 1+ Years of Experience in Team Management
  • Ability to Prioritize and Meet Deadlines
  • Flexibility and Adaptability to Constant Changes
  • Working Experience in Online Sales Techniques (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of IT Industry Head-Hunting (Preferred)
  • Advanced English Proficiency
