Job Overview

As a key analyst for assigned portfolios and secondary analyst for remaining accounts in the FI segment, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive BCA services. This includes performing independent credit analysis of current and prospective clients and acting as a secondary analyst as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate financial profiles of customers using advanced credit skills, ratio analysis, collateral evaluation, parent support assessment, management judgment, and strategy evaluation.
  • Manage complex transactions or maintain relationships with assigned clients.
  • Participate in regular account planning sessions to ensure familiarity with customer businesses.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory policies in conjunction with risk management guidelines.
  • Contribute to excess report processes, proposing limit adjustments and exposure reductions while addressing queries promptly.
  • Conduct on-site meetings to review new clients with credit lines during the onboarding process.
  • Propose and assist in negotiating credit terms for ISDA/CSA agreements through Credit Term Sheets (CTS).
  • Maintain close relationships with stakeholders in FIR/Funds Risk, Legal, and Middle Office departments.
  • Perform periodic portfolio reviews to assess creditworthiness and initiate ad hoc reviews for clients impacted by adverse news or vulnerable to specific economic events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of credit analysis and portfolio management principles.
