Senior Backend Software Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to lead our team in implementing high-quality backend solutions using the Go programming language. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated code to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Validate and refine AI-generated code to optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Oversee the development cycle, prioritize projects, and set goals and deadlines to drive successful outcomes.
- Apply expertise in Go programming to resolve complex coding issues and improve overall system efficiency.
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to enhance the AI system's capabilities and integrate it with other components.
- Verify the accuracy and effectiveness of AI-generated code through rigorous validation checks.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 6+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer, with a focus on backend development and leadership.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, preferably with experience overseeing a team of software engineers.
- In-depth knowledge of the Go programming language and best practices in software development.
- Experience working with AI systems and code-creation technologies is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity for critical and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
