Senior Mechanical Modeling Team Lead

Job Description

The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary modeling team across complex architectural and engineering projects, supervising and mentoring modelers to ensure adherence to best practices, project standards, and timelines. They will proactively identify missing or conflicting information, manage RFIs and RFCs efficiently, conduct in-depth Quality Control reviews, and influence modeling strategies for seamless collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

They will coordinate cross-disciplinary work, address complex technical challenges, and maintain a strong sense of ownership and accountability. The ideal candidate will have excellent command of English, an engineering degree (civil or mechanical), and +5 years of experience using Revit and Navisworks for large-scale MEP projects.

They will also possess solid QA/QC skills, the ability to anticipate issues and coordinate with teammates, and experience managing project end-to-end scope, kickoff/setup, requirements, standards, and technical documentation.
