Quality Assurance Lead Position

This role presents a unique opportunity for professional growth and development within our organization. The selected candidate will have the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive testing strategy, and ensure QA deliveries meet project timelines.

The successful Test Lead will lead impact analysis for regression test scenario definition, log and follow-up on incidents until resolution, and provide guidance to the team on test planning and execution.

About the Role
  • Estimate QA effort based on User Stories/Agile specifications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing strategy and approach
Key Requirements

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Computing Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field, or relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Professional experience in software testing (manual and automated)
  • Experience applying software testing methodologies
  • Advanced English language skills (speaking, listening, and writing)
