Key Role: Enterprise Data Automation Specialist

The primary objective of this position is to spearhead enterprise-wide data automation initiatives, focusing on creating and enhancing reports that drive contract operations. This entails working closely with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and automate manual processes.

Detailed Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain scalable reporting solutions using SQL, Power BI, and Excel to support contract operations.
  • Support existing systems and reporting, including SSIS packages and Access databases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop efficient reporting frameworks.
  • Perform data preparation, cleansing, and integration across multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Lead efforts in data governance, documentation, and standardization of reporting processes.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, translating operational needs into technical solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot database environments, escalating complex issues and ensuring system performance.
  • Mentor junior team members and share best practices in data modeling, reporting, and infrastructure support.
Qualifications:Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, database administration, or data systems analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Experience with data warehousing, relational and multidimensional databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently.
