Job Title: Software Craftsman

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, test, and monitor new features, driving innovation and quality.
  • Integrate with various payment methods, expanding our offerings and improving user experience.
  • Collaborate across teams and time zones to ensure seamless project execution, review code, and foster open communication.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, merchants, and team members, providing regular updates on feature progress.

About You:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Java, with a strong foundation in software development principles.
  • Familiarity with high-performance platforms and ability to coach or train other developers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication in English, with opportunities to enhance language skills if needed.

This is a hybrid work model, with three days of remote work and two days in our São José dos Campos office, offering a great balance between flexibility and face-to-face collaboration.
