Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Active Directory administrator to oversee the management and maintenance of our organization's AD infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Active Directory, including expertise in troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing the infrastructure. They should also be able to provide support for key initiatives related to identity and access management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory domains.
  • Implement and enforce Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and security best practices to ensure the integrity of Active Directory services.
  • Remediate security issues and implement security measures to protect Active Directory, increase security posture, and ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
  • Help resolve Active Directory-related issues, including login problems, replication errors, and integration issues.
  • Monitor and maintain the health of AD infrastructure.
  • Integrate Active Directory with other enterprise systems, applications, and cloud-based services.
  • Ensure effective backup and recovery processes for Active Directory, including disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Create and maintain documentation on AD configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information security, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience working with Active Directory environments.
  • Proven experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), AD replication, Group Policy Management, and AD security features.
  • Experience with integrating AD with cloud-based services.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to report efficiently and deliver results on time.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
