The Trucking Ecosystem role is a data-driven person and passionate about customer service.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute strategies to maximize revenue per truck, meeting driver needs, using data for the whole process.
- Negotiate rates with Freight Brokers always looking for profitable options.
- Monitor driver activities, ensuring best use of service hours.
- Balancing home time requests with operational needs.
- Communicate daily to optimize productivity and reduce turnover.
- Track cargo from dispatch to delivery and resolve issues.
- Perform administrative tasks by completing documentation and monitoring progress.
- Update load information into our platform.
- Create and maintain relationships with Freight Brokers.
- Monitor fleet status throughout the day, keeping stakeholders updated;
- Monitor fleet and revenue performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Portuguese.
- High negotiation skills.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Assertive communication and problem-solving.
- Resilient and persistent.
- Commercial skills and aggressive goals.
- Previous experience as an account manager.
- Proactivity and results focus.
- On-site/Hybrid in Joinville, SC
