About the Role:
Enerflex Ltd is seeking a skilled Mechanic Specialist I to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect information from operators regarding the characteristics and functioning of machines and processes.
- Detect defects and anomalies in equipment and machinery.
- Interpret technical drawings and measurements from instruments.
- Disassemble and reassemble mechanical components.
- Measure and record dimensional parameters.
- Replace parts and eliminate waste.
- Develop sketches of parts and equipment.
- Assemble and align mechanical components.
- Level and test equipment and machinery.
- Control inspection frequencies and conduct inspections on running equipment.
- Analyze operator information and perform vibration, noise, and temperature analyses.
- Detect potential failures and analyze maintenance histories.
- Verify availability of materials and tools.
- Identify lubrication points and clear blockages in lubricant conduits.
Requirements:
- Techincal course in the field and experience in the role.
