About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our Clinical Operations team, you will provide administrative and technical support to our project teams, ensuring the smooth execution of clinical trials from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including coordinating tasks, managing files, and ensuring audit readiness.
  • Support site activation activities, including developing site lists, reviewing site documentation, and providing local input into the site tiering process.
  • Assist in the development of critical paths for site activation and provide training to new staff as needed.
  • Represent CRG personnel and communicate with sites to obtain documents related to site selection.
  • Support the review of survey data and ensure responses are logical, complete, and reflective of the question asked.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve targeted deadlines for assigned projects.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical operations or administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
