About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Education Specialist to join our team in Latin America. As a Medical Education Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of medical education programs for healthcare professionals in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the competitive landscape of the medical education industry in Latin America.
- Develop a deep understanding of Stryker Corporation's medical education and business strategy in the region.
- Support the development of educational content utilizing input from healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement medical education programs.
- Lead the coordination and logistics of medical education programs, including content delivery and in-class and virtual courses.
- Identify key performance indicators and develop strategies to measure and track program effectiveness.
- Provide input to future plans and strategies for medical education programs in Latin America.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals in the region.
- Collaborate with marketing communications teams to develop communication plans and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in medical education or a related field.
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual tools for facilitating events.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
