Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Director to lead our delivery teams in Brazil.

The ideal candidate will have experience in software development, project management, and client services. They will partner with Engineering Directors to establish and grow partnerships with clients, delivering world-class products that meet their business needs.

This is a hybrid role, requiring the ability to work on-site from our office at least two days weekly, and remotely two to three days.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive product development, leading the creation of critical products for our clients' businesses.
  • Facilitate effective decision-making on complex issues of scope, design, architecture, and process.
  • Deliver timely communication for various audiences: engineering teams, product managers, marketing partners, and executives.
  • Create, guide, and communicate the holistic project plan and goals to create alignment and drive implementation.
  • Encourage sustainable flow for your team while focusing on key client objectives.
  • Be flexible and adaptive to changing scenarios and environments by applying appropriate frameworks.
  • Visit clients regularly once it's safe to return.
  • Engage directly with clients managing account details, project scope, and relationships.
