Job Role

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our Investment Banking Division.

  • Analyze financial data and perform valuations under various scenarios.
  • Prepare and review complex financial analyses, including transaction impact studies.
  • Participate in deal execution, interacting with senior team members and clients.
  • Manage due diligence processes, including tracking information flow and reviewing company details.
  • Develop pitches, presentations, and other materials for clients.
  • Design and analyze transactions' rationale and structures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree and fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles.
  • Solid financial modeling skills, including DCF and LBO analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
