Lead Software Development Engineer Job Description

About the Role

This role requires strong collaboration skills to define and implement an architectural roadmap for cross-cutting and core services. The successful candidate will foster a culture of innovation, empowerment, and continuous learning within the engineering teams.

Key responsibilities include developing high-quality automation, implementing robust security and compliance requirements, and leveraging expertise in rapid development and deployment of internal and external services.

  • Drive team growth and lead by example with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of test pyramid principles and write well-formed unit, component, and integration tests.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on rapid development and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and implementing efficient engineering methods.
