Job Summary

The Environmental Sustainability Coordinator will be responsible for managing, planning, and implementing all environmental programs and systems necessary to ensure proper management of regulatory and internal expectations.

  1. Development, implementation, and maintenance of environmental policies, procedures, work instructions, visual aids, inspections programs, reporting, etc.
  2. Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders on all issues related to the company's impact on the land, air, and water.
  3. Analyzes and interprets results of tests to determine composition of solid, liquid, or gaseous materials and substances.
  4. Determines sources and methods of controlling pollutants in air, water, and soil, utilizing knowledge of agriculture, chemistry, and engineering principles.
  5. Serves as primary environmental resource on all emergency program development and administration.

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Performing technical research and developing solutions to complex problems.
  • Assisting with the overall program coordination for environmental excellence.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Knowledge of gas installations (GLP, N2, O2, Compressed Air).
  • Experience with air conditioning production and system knowledge.
  • Experience with procurement systems.
  • Document control and technical documentation management.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance (preventive and corrective).
  • Certificate from CREA (Civil Construction Works Registry).
  • Desirable: Electrician training.
