Production Supervisor

About the Role:

The ICQA Area Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of inventory, quality levels, and space management within our fast-paced operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Bin Meister and collaborate with Inbound, Inventory, and Quality Manager to support product location creation and changes.
• Coordinate inventory movement and drive optimal capacity utilization.
• Lead the Inventory Control/Quality Assurance (IC/QA) sector, ensuring team management and supporting analysis for initiatives.
• Investigate root causes of quality defects and inventory issues.
• Assist with storage capacity updates and provide weekly reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in employee and performance management.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and data links.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and nights.

A Day in the Life:

• Participate in ICQA gemba, ensuring exposure of KPIs according to standard.
• Lead space meetings based on mechanisms and systemic data.
• Parametrize counting and storage systems.
• Manage team and attend ICQA Flow meetings.
• Create and update Power BI reports.

About the Team:

The ICQA team consists of 45 people outside peak periods and can reach 120 people during peak periods. We aim to guarantee inventory accuracy, quality levels, and space management.
