Job Title: AI Content Operation Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our AI content operations team. As an AI Content Operation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving user growth for our AI tools and features.

You will oversee end-to-end content operations, identify market opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships with top creators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies that resonate with our target audience.
  • Creator Management: Recruit, manage, and empower high-quality creators who align with our brand vision.
  • Talent Development: Identify skill gaps and provide training to enhance creator performance.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in AI content or short video trends, with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Portuguese, with strong proficiency in social media platforms.
  • Skillset: Familiarity with AI tools, video editing software, and mobile/desktop editing tools.
