About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Trainee to join our team. As a Technical Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced professionals to develop and maintain our internal processes, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit areas to ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Participate in accident analysis and root cause identification
• Support the development of communication campaigns to promote safety awareness
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Prepare presentations and reports in PowerPoint
• Support the development of employee engagement campaigns and activities
• Organize and prepare events, such as training sessions, celebrations, and internal events
• Provide support to employees, answering questions and addressing concerns

Requirements

• Cursando Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho (Technical Course in Occupational Safety)
• Inglês intermediário (Intermediate English)

Desirable Skills

• Boa comunicação (Good communication skills)
