Aviation Procurement Manager

About the Role:
Our organization seeks an accomplished Procurement Specialist to oversee the procurement process of aviation parts, equipment, and services. This critical role requires a strong understanding of aviation components, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience in strategic sourcing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes and supplier relationships.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement best practices for procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead the selection and negotiation process for key suppliers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversight of the procurement of aviation parts, equipment, and services, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
- Implement end-to-end procurement processes, including order placement, supplier coordination, and delivery management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing within the aviation industry.
- Strong understanding of aviation parts, equipment, and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications or degrees may be advantageous.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
