About the Role

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction knowledge and project execution processes.

  • We are seeking an individual who can integrate construction expertise with project delivery methods to balance environmental, financial, safety, quality and schedule constraints.
  • The selected candidate will develop constructability studies for various project stages, including conceptual, basic, detailed and implementation phases.
  • A key responsibility will be to create Project Execution Plans (PEPs) based on established industry standards.
  • Collaboration with engineering disciplines and project teams will be essential in finding cost-effective design solutions that facilitate project execution.
  • The chosen candidate will perform value engineering and identify opportunities for improvement.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Engineering, preferably Civil or Mechanical.
  • Significant experience in implementing capital projects in the mining sector, both greenfield and brownfield.
  • Experience in developing constructability plans and PEPs.
  • Project management skills are highly desirable.
