Reservations Specialist

Job Description

• Our team is seeking an experienced Reservation Specialist who will serve as the main contact for room reservations at our hotel, offering excellent service and influencing guest decision to stay with us.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into contracted business, responding positively to sales inquiries, identifying sales leads, and providing prompt and efficient service while maintaining our brand standards.
• Additionally, you will work closely with other team members to ensure all reservations are completed accurately and to the guest's expectation.
