Job Overview

The role of Technical Account & Project Manager Jr is an exciting opportunity to work with our team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional who can lead technical relationships with retailers, improve integrations, and analyze data to identify sustainable opportunities.

As a Technical Account & Project Manager Jr, you will be responsible for working closely with business, commercial, and Ops teams to improve our allies' integrations, being the contact point with stakeholders or the technical stability of our allies, leading the technical relationship with the retailers for their development, analyzing data, identifying and quantifying sustainable opportunities as an advantage for the company, applying critical thinking to communicate issues directly with retailers and inform them about the catalog and operations decisions, creating and running a roadmap for improving integrations of our allies, conducting proactive checks to guarantee the stability of integrations, and working to identify and fix issues on Integrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Leadership in projects and improving processes with limited resources.
  • Good English and Spanish communication skills.
  • The capacity to manipulate big numbers of analytical information.
