- Develop and manage high-impact research projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective collaboration.
- Oversee administrative and financial operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and contractual obligations.
- Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of postdoctoral research experience.
- Extensive experience in AI/ML research, preferably with a focus on defense-related applications.
- Proven leadership skills, including team management and successful collaboration.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a strong background in AI/ML.
- Proven experience in research management and collaboration with government agencies.
- Able to obtain necessary security clearances.
