The Apex Group is a leading provider of fund administration and middle office solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our company secretarial team, which manages a diverse corporate client base under a rigorous control framework.

Our company secretaries provide company secretarial and corporate governance services to our corporate clients, ensuring that their statutory books and records are accurate and meet company law requirements. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clients with varying Cosec responsibilities, working collaboratively with our corporate solution functional teams to secure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent services across a diversified product base and client list, including preparation of Company Registration Office filings, UBO reviews, and BOR maintenance.
  • Work with the Team Manager to develop procedures and processes to enable scalable growth of our client base.
  • Establish and maintain quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet management and customer service expectations.
  • Track and report task execution to comply with team accountability and completion of monthly metrics.
  • Participate in huddle start-ups to report on task execution and facilitate team capacity requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of internal or external issues, with effective communication.
  • Work with the Team Manager to implement transformational projects, such as automations using Board Intelligence and Otter.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Solutions teams to provide a cohesive service to clients across different disciplines.

Requirements:

  • Qualified or part-qualified ICSA/IBGC preferred but not essential.
  • Experience working in a business environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under time pressure.
  • Proven ability to use systems and platforms efficiently.
