Transformation Leader - Data & Analytics

Establish a high-performing data and analytics organization, driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

  • Develop and execute end-to-end data and analytics strategies, including discovery, design, implementation, and testing.
  • Oversee data and analytics projects involving SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP B/4 HANA platforms.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align data and analytics solutions with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BW, and experience leading data and analytics programs on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Prior experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the data management lifecycle, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
  • Engage with stakeholders, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and advise clients on S/4HANA-led supply chain transformations.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in data and analytics using SAP.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, B4/HANA architecture, modules, and supply chain capabilities.
  • Proven track record in leading program management within data and analytics domains.
  • Experience managing data and analytics implementations on Google Cloud Platform using SAP as the data source.
