• 5+ years of management experience in a dynamic environment within the logistics industry
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams to achieve accuracy, compliance, and excellence
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills, including leadership, conflict resolution, and team management abilities
