Job Summary

At Docusign, we're looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer II to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products. You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve technical issues, troubleshoot complex problems, and provide expert guidance to our customers. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, including API integrations, embedded systems, and network-related problems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Docusign products and services.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and executive stakeholders to ensure seamless issue resolution.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of modern programming languages, markup languages, and web-based technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Docusign products and services.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration.
  • Experience with web-based applications, web service APIs, and monitoring tools.
  • Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
