Our mission at Deel is to empower global opportunity for every person, team and business. We are seeking an Immigration Specialist Latam who will play a key role in our vision to unlock the future of work.
About the Role:- We require an experienced professional with a strong background in immigration law to join our team as an Immigration Specialist Latam.
- This role involves ensuring timely and accurate case completion in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal quality standards.
- Coordinate and schedule calls, consultations and interviews as required.
- Deliver outstanding client service through clear, professional communication and proactive case management.
- Maintain compliance in assigned countries according to relevant immigration laws and regulations.
- Assess right-to-work requirements to ensure seamless employee onboarding.
- Collaborate with local providers to complete immigration assessments efficiently.
- Provide support to Employers of Record (EORs) and clients on mobility-related questions or concerns.
- At least 3 years of experience in business immigration within LATAM handling end-to-end visa cases.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a law firm corporate or startup setting.
- Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese languages written and spoken.
- Strong writing logical reasoning and communication skills.
