We are seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee our outbound operations, ensuring seamless delivery of customer orders.
About the RoleThe Senior Operations Manager will lead and develop a large team of area managers and associates, driving operational excellence through KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end outbound operations, including picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Lead and develop a team of area managers and associates (100+ employees).
- Drive operational excellence through performance metrics and process improvements.
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality control.
- Orient resource allocation and labor planning to optimize productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and resolve issues.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience in employee and performance management.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Advanced English skills.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
