As a Director of Sourcing Operations for Footwear, you will lead the development and implementation of sourcing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sourcing plans that meet business objectives and drive cost savings.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts and drive quality improvements.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Proven experience in sourcing operations with a strong understanding of procurement processes and principles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
- Fluent in English language.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
