Lead Cosmetic Formulation Specialist

Kenvue is recruiting for a highly skilled professional to lead innovative sun care product development projects. As a key member of our global team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance standards are met.

  • Drive complex analysis to address problems and challenges in sun care product formulation.
  • Develop and implement new materials, processes, and products to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in skin health product development.
  • Strong knowledge of cosmetic regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
