Skilled Coater

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Coater. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional results by applying varnishes and coatings to locomotives and electric rotatives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare parts for coating, adhering to process instructions and safety guidelines.
• Select and request the necessary chemicals, raw materials, and resources, as planned in the production program.
• Apply varnish and perform polishing activities to protect and finish parts when necessary.
• Support the tracing and placement of adhesives process, contributing to the handling of equipment, tape placement, protection, and positioning.
• Monitor and verify activities performed, identifying and reporting any deviations from production, equipment problems, or instrument issues to correct them.
• Fulfill daily process control and quality reports, as well as production apportionment, as established by the Manufacturing area.

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma with technical training - mechanics, electrical, or pneumatics/tubing.
• Minimum one year of experience in the industrial area.
• Formal Technical Training/Upgrading SENAI: Mechanics, Electricity, or Pneumatics/Tubing.
