About the Role:

Project Coordinator/Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled project coordinator/project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management roles, with a strong background in project management and team coordination skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects and priorities, preparing project status updates, managing project timelines, owning calendar coordination, and anticipating project needs.

In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and COO to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion. You will also manage social media content projects, coordinate graphic creation projects, oversee sales follow-up projects, and support client relationship projects.

To succeed in this position, you must have strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including $1,500/month + performance bonuses based on project delivery excellence.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in project coordination or project management roles
  • Strong project management and team coordination skills
  • Experience managing marketing and sales projects
  • Self-starter mindset and proactive approach
  • Systems-oriented and detail-focused
