Job Title: Dedicated Customer Experience SpecialistLocation:This is a remote role. Location is not limited but must be fixed.
Salary:$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service representative to join our team as a Dedicated Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our users have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our platform.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective assistance to our customers through various communication channels, including tickets and online tools. You will also be responsible for resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and following up to ensure smooth issue resolution.
In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds and languages. You will be expected to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support services in a fast-paced environment. You will be comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
You will work closely with our product and development teams to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback on customer experiences. Your input will be invaluable in helping us to refine our products and services to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 1 year of customer support experience.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in English (mandatory); fluency in German is preferred.
- Experience in the crypto industry, with passion and interest in the sector.
- Stable, kind, warm-hearted, detail-oriented, with a strong spirit of teamwork and empathy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under high pressure while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Flexibility to support different shifts (day or night).
