  • Job Summary
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Solas IT Recruitment.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering technical solutions that drive customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Success:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on technical solutions that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to customers.
    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, analyzing root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to become a trusted advisor.
    • Act as a bridge between customers and engineering teams, providing feedback that drives continuous improvement.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Evaluate customer environments to identify opportunities for performance optimization.
    • Lead deployment efforts and oversee performance enhancements to ensure successful implementations.
  • Sales Partnership:
    • Work closely with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Participate in customer presentations and product demos, showcasing the value of our offerings.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Conduct regular account reviews to track progress and assess areas for improvement.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and solutions provided.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience:
    • 3-5+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager or similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong technical foundation, including knowledge of software, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.
    • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Language:
    • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is required.
