Job Description

We are seeking a Business Consultant to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements and developing effective solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to gather and document business requirements through direct contact with stakeholders. This will involve leading meetings and ceremonies, investigating current state systems, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience gathering business requirements, knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum, and understanding of systems integrations, APIs, databases, and software development life cycles.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience gathering business requirements through direct contact with stakeholders
  • Advanced English language skills for daily collaboration with international teams
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum
  • Understanding of systems integrations, APIs, databases, and software development life cycles
