We are seeking a UX Designer with experience in crafting modern, user-focused design solutions for digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in UX principles and visual design, leveraging user research, wireframing, and prototyping to improve interfaces and optimize user journeys.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, visually compelling assets that align with brand objectives. This includes creating intuitive, engaging digital experiences and collaborating across departments to deliver purposeful, innovative design solutions.

A key aspect of the role is applying responsive and accessible design principles to ensure seamless experiences across all devices and audiences. Additionally, the designer will work closely with developers to ensure design intent is maintained in final implementation.

  • Job Description:
  • Lead the creation of user-centered design strategies that enhance customer engagement and brand connection across digital platforms.
  • Translate complex concepts into clean, elegant user experiences through intuitive flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and competitive audits to uncover insights that inform visual design decisions.
  • Design user journeys, personas, and sitemaps that bring clarity and intention to navigation and structure.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in UX and visual design with a strong portfolio showcasing modern, clean, and user-focused work across web, mobile, and email.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Mac-based design workflows.
  • Expertise in user experience design principles, user interface best practices, and visual storytelling across digital platforms.
