Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Strategy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth, improving supply conversion, and increasing first listings volume. Your analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and ability to execute in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify growth opportunities and generate actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve supply conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and progress.
Requirements
  • Native Portuguese and advanced English skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly structured, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces.
