We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Amazon Selling Partners' growth and satisfaction initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence external stakeholders.
">This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon's solutions and services, as well as experience in e-commerce or retail fields. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Selling Partners to develop individualized strategies, timelines, and expectations.
- Produce actionable insights and recommendations using data-driven tools and analysis.
- Leverage Amazon's comprehensive knowledge to support Selling Partners' objectives.
- Consult with Selling Partners on opportunities and potential business impact.
- Be a proficient sparring partner, guiding execution of strategic plans and addressing operational challenges.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS.
- EDUCATE SELLING PARTNERS ABOUT AMAZON'S SOLUTIONS AND NEWS.
- PREPARE AND PRESENT PERFORMANCE DEEP DIVES FOR MONTHLY DISCUSSIONS.
- OWN A SPECIFIC SUBJECT WITHIN OUR SERVICE ORGANIZATION.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
- Fluency in English language.
- Professional or military experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields.
- Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals.
