Quality Coordinator
Protecting people and assets worldwide requires dedication to innovation, technology, and quality excellence. As a Quality Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our core value of safety is upheld across all operations.
\Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the Quality Laboratory team to guarantee compliance with global safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards.
- Oversee incoming materials, production processes, metrology, customer complaints, and audit procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
- Lead supplier approvals through SPAP, ensure proper functioning of control devices, and develop technical improvements to enhance product quality.
- Prepare accurate procedures and reports, manage calibration laboratory activities, and ensure confidentiality and customer property protection.
- 3-5 years of experience in Operations (Quality, Industrial Engineering, or Production) with a focus on quality management.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience (flexibility for internal recruitment) with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in project management with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Ability to apply Lean Manufacturing concepts to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a technological field with a strong foundation in quality principles.
- Advanced English skills to effectively communicate with international teams.
- Knowledge of lean tools, statistical analysis, and measurement uncertainty to drive data-driven decision making.
