- Lead task prioritization and execution based on the Core/AI team's operating model.
- Continuously seek ways to optimize core systems based on key metrics.
- Develop and maintain robust product documentation and requirements that improve internal processes and help provide scope for engineering development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years in a tech lead role, preferably with experience in AI or core infrastructure teams.
- Strong understanding of software development, AI technologies, and system architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams and ability to influence.
- Genuine user-centric and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
