As a highly skilled developer, you will be responsible for contributing to the development, testing, and release of improvements to the Ubuntu Pro client.

About the Role
  • This is a challenging opportunity that requires someone with expertise in software development and a passion for technology.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with Python on Linux and knowledge of Ubuntu Linux administration, CI, Debian packaging, and cloud environments.

In this role, you will work closely with a distributed team to develop high-quality code with tests, debug and fix issues, and participate in code reviews.

You will also be expected to collaborate with your colleagues, discuss ideas, and investigate solutions to complex problems.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, STEM, or related field.
  • Extensive experience with Python on Linux and interest/experience in Ubuntu Linux administration, CI, Debian packaging, and cloud environments.
