Transportation Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced Transportation Solutions Expert to facilitate complex requirements gathering sessions, document direction for major projects, and provide thought leadership at the strategic level.
This role requires a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions to business problems, analyze organizations, and document business models and their integration with technology.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Transportation Management Systems, strong understanding of Transportation and Logistics domain, and excellent communication skills to deliver effective presentations and solution walkthroughs.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate complex requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders
- Document direction for major projects or initiatives
- Provide thought leadership at the strategic level
- Analyze organizations and document business models and their integration with technology
- Partner with business, function, and Global IT leadership and stakeholders
- Deliver effective presentations and solution walkthroughs
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in Transportation Management Systems Space
- End-to-end deployment experience with standard industry solutions such as SAP TM, Oracle TM, Blue Yonder
- Strong understanding of Transportation and Logistics domain and End-to-end business processes
- Experience with business process and solution design and improvement
