About the Role

The SAP iXp Intern will be part of the Communication Crew of SC Brazil, working on presentations and internal communications. This role will be responsible for:

  • Being the point of contact for communication and marketing activities and materials inside the team;
  • Administration of the SC Brazil internal portal;
  • Ownership of the monthly newsletter;
  • Creativity and design skills;

About the Responsibilities

The SAP iXp Intern will be responsible for:

  • Organization of internal events;
  • Responsible for late shift and weekend transportation, whenever required;
  • Responsible for overtime payment reports;
  • Create purchase orders;
  • Reception and distribution of documents;
  • Travel arrangements;
  • Assist the Support Center Coordinator in different tasks;
  • Provide support in all ongoing projects and initiatives, being them local (SC Brazil) or global ones (SCN).

About the Requirements

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful, innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Executive secretary or administration degree in course are preferable (2nd semester or later or two years to graduation);
  • Knowledge in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent communication skills both in Portuguese and English (oral and written);
  • Attention to detail and high motivation;
  • Collaborative and Team worker.

About the Team

The intern will work with the Support Center Lead and Support Center Coordinator and will assist managers and employees of Support Center Brazil in various administrative tasks. The intern will have the opportunity to work on global projects inside Support Center Network (SCN) as needed.
