Farming Liaison Specialist

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Farming Liaison Specialist to play a key role in driving engagement and fostering partnerships that advance sustainable and regenerative farming practices.

This position combines agronomy, relationship management, and strategic partnerships to promote our vision and impact. As a Farming Liaison Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with farmers, expanding our network, and enabling successful collaborations that accelerate the adoption of sustainable practices.

• Prospect, mediate, and manage relationships with farmers to enhance our community and commercial success.
• Supervise and align third parties seeking farmer partners to drive business growth.
• Conduct remote and in-person meetings to introduce our organization and its business model.
• Identify, organize, and attend relevant fairs and events to promote our organization and establish valuable connections.
• Collaborate on creating pitches, webinars, articles, and promotional materials to support our mission.
• Assist in eligibility assessments, document submissions, and the preparation of partnership contracts and NDAs.
• Act as the main point of contact for the farming community and track progress through a comprehensive CRM.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Agronomy or a related field, 1-3+ years of experience in agriculture and farming, expertise in multi-stakeholder project management, and strong knowledge of farm-level operations. They will also possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and intrinsic motivation for personal and professional growth.
