As a Creative Director for Digital Learning Products, you will lead the visual and storytelling vision of our digital learning products.

This role requires close collaboration with Product Managers, Project Managers, Learning Designers, and production teams to transform educational concepts into engaging and fun learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and oversee the creative direction, ensuring alignment with educational goals.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Learning Designers to develop the visual identity, storytelling, and overall creative vision of online courses.
  • Direct the visual execution of course production (filming, lighting, art direction).
  • Supervise the design of graphics, motion graphics, and other visual elements.

Responsibilities include ensuring creative consistency and quality throughout the production process, as well as working closely with Lead Editors to align editing with the overall direction of the course.

Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in audiovisual direction, creative direction, visual design, or related roles.
  • Background in EdTech, instructional media, or educational content creation is strongly preferred.
