We are seeking a talented and ambitious Graduate Engineer to join our dynamic structural engineering team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in complex projects, work alongside experienced engineers, and develop their skills in various sectors.

The successful candidate will assist senior engineers with structural analysis, design, and detailing using hand calculations and computer modeling. They will also support the selection of project materials, prepare specifications, and coordinate with architects and other disciplines.

  • Contribute to project documentation, calculations, and technical reports.
  • Participate in site observations and construction administration activities.
  • Gain exposure to client meetings and industry networking events.
Requirements:
  • BS in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) from an ABET-accredited program.
  • Strong interest in building structures and structural systems.
  • Familiarity with structural design software (RAM, Tekla Structural Designer, or similar) and Autodesk Revit is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • A collaborative mindset and the drive to grow into a licensed Professional Engineer.
