Clinical Research Associate

A Research Associate plays a vital role in the success of clinical research by ensuring data integrity and patient safety.
This position offers an opportunity to work with a comprehensive clinical research organization that prioritizes building a diverse culture, rewarding high performance, and nurturing talent.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting clinical trials, solid onsite monitoring skills, and the ability to travel 50-80%.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct onsite and remote monitoring activities according to ICH-GCP guidelines, applicable regulations, SOPs, and study processes.
- Verify informed consent procedures and protocol adherence to ensure participant protection.
- Maintain clinical data integrity and ensure compliance with approved protocols, GCP, and regulations.
- Manage investigative site staff to facilitate trial deliverables, including subject enrollment and data collection.
- Ensure proper management and accountability of Investigational Product (IP).
- Write and submit reports of investigative site findings and update tracking systems as necessary.
- Perform key risk assessment and management responsibilities throughout the project.
Additional responsibilities include performing various onsite and offsite monitoring visits independently, gathering and reviewing information for assigned sites, and identifying inconsistencies. The successful candidate will be able to assess risk and escalate as appropriate with limited guidance.
Requirements:- An undergraduate degree or international equivalent in a clinical, science, or health-related field from an accredited institution.
- Health care professional licensure (e.g., registered nurse).
- Previous experience supporting clinical trials, including solid onsite monitoring experience.
- Willingness to travel 50-80%.
- Fluency in English is required.
